Google has informed the market that it has acquired a company named Divide. Company’s mobile app allows users to safely use corporate email and document. Company was founded in the year 2010. It has got $23 million from venture investors. It was founded by some of the ex-employees of Morgan Stanley. The team previously lead the mobile app development of the bank.
